Shipping Rates & Policies

All international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and local in-country fulfillment services for MeekyStore.co.zw (operated by MEEKY STORE PTY LTD, South Africa) are exclusively executed by MPX Global Zimbabwe ("Logistics Operator"). Our logistics network supports two primary fulfillment channels: • Local Stock (Harare Central Warehouse): Immediate dispatch for items already in stock in Zimbabwe. • Import-on-Order (Global Sourcing Routes): Cross-border procurement and air/sea freight from major global trade hubs including China (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), South Africa, Dubai, Turkey, the UK, and the USA.

Delivery timeframes depend on whether the item is stored in local inventory or sourced internationally: • Local Express Delivery (Harare Warehouse): 12 – 48 Hours | Same-Day Courier / Doorstep • Local Hub Pickup (Harare Central Hub): Ready in 2 – 24 Hours | Self-Collection at Pickup Hub • Air Freight Express (China, Dubai, SA, UK, USA): 7 – 14 Business Days | Air Cargo + Local Doorstep/Hub • Sea Freight Shipping (China / Global Ports): 30 – 45 Business Days | Container Sea Freight + Local Hub

Transit timelines are operational targets. MPX Global is not liable for carrier schedule changes, airline cancellations, port congestion, extreme weather events, or customs physical inspections enforced by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) or origin port authorities.

All international freight shipments handled by MPX Global are billed based on the chargeable weight, which is the greater of the Actual Gross Weight (kg) or the Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight (kg): Volumetric Weight (kg) = [Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm)] / 6000

• Local Delivery (Within Harare): Standard flat rate starting from $3.00 – $5.00 USD (or equivalent ZiG) depending on the delivery zone. • National Delivery (Outside Harare): Inter-city courier rates starting from $5.00 – $10.00 USD for standard parcels up to 5kg (serving Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare, Kwekwe, Masvingo, Chinhoyi, etc.). • Air Freight Sourcing (China / Dubai / SA to Harare): Rates range from $9.00 – $14.00 USD per kg depending on cargo classification (electronics, general goods, or high-value devices). • Sea Freight Sourcing (China to Harare): Rates starting from $3.00 – $5.00 USD per kg or quoted per Cubic Meter (CBM) for bulk commercial consignments.

Prices generated for imported items using our AI Sourcing Hub include estimated foreign procurement costs, international air/sea freight, local clearance handling, and estimated customs duties.

Official customs duties and tariffs are assessed directly by ZIMRA at the port of entry. Should ZIMRA revalue a consignment higher than the initial estimate based on statutory valuation rules, the customer remains responsible for settling any differential duties prior to final cargo release.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an MPX Global Tracking Number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your cargo's status—from foreign warehouse departure to customs clearance and Harare arrival—directly on your account dashboard or through /track.

• Harare Pickup Hub: Eastgate Market, Harare, Zimbabwe. • Free Storage Limit: Arrived consignments held for collection at our Harare hub are provided 7 calendar days of free storage. • Demurrage Fees: Items uncollected after 7 days accrue a demurrage storage fee of $1.00 USD per day per parcel. • Unclaimed Cargo: Consignments left uncollected after 30 calendar days are subject to public auction or liquidation to recover freight and handling costs.

Customers are required to inspect packaging and physical condition immediately upon collection or doorstep handover.

Any cosmetic damage, missing components, or transit damage must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.

Optional transit insurance covering loss or damage during international air/sea transit is available at checkout (typically 2%–3% of declared item value). Uninsured shipments are covered under standard carrier liability caps.

MPX Global will not accept or transport goods prohibited under Zimbabwean, South African, or international aviation laws, including: • Explosives, firearms, ammunition, and replica weapons. • Flammable liquids, compressed gases, and hazardous chemicals. • Illegal narcotics, counterfeit items, and contraband. • Unpackaged standalone lithium batteries (unless contained within equipment). Items tendered in violation of customs laws will be confiscated and turned over immediately to relevant statutory law enforcement agencies.
