While MeekyStore is primarily a general e-commerce marketplace and global sourcing platform, certain product categories—such as personal care electronics, health monitoring wearables, fitness hardware, wellness supplements, or medical devices sold through independent vendor booths—may involve the processing of information linked or linkable to personal health conditions.

We collect Consumer Health Data from the following sources: • Directly from You: Information you explicitly enter during checkout, warranty registrations, customer support interactions, or custom global import inquiry forms. • Automated Interactions: Technical logs, search terms, and category filters applied while browsing health and wellness categories on MeekyStore.co.zw. • Independent Marketplace Vendors: Transaction details shared by third-party sellers operating branded "Booths" on MeekyStore when fulfilling health hardware or wellness orders. • Logistics & Customs Clearance: Documentation provided to MPX Global Zimbabwe necessary to clear and import restricted medical hardware or personal diagnostic equipment.

We process Consumer Health Data strictly for legitimate, defined operational and legal purposes: • Order Fulfillment: Processing, packing, customs clearance, and delivering ordered health hardware, personal care devices, or supplements via MPX Global Zimbabwe to your designated address or pickup hub. • Device Warranty & Support: Managing technical support, serial number registrations, warranty claims, and device returns for medical or health monitoring equipment. • Regulatory & Customs Clearance: Submitting statutory import declarations, medical equipment permits, or customs documentation required by health regulatory authorities or customs agencies (ZIMRA / SARS). • Safety & Recall Notices: Contacting buyers immediately in the event of a product recall, safety update, or manufacturer alert issued for health or wellness hardware.

MeekyStore DOES NOT create discriminatory health profiles, sell or rent consumer health data to third-party data brokers, or use consumer health data to target behavioral advertising.

MeekyStore maintains strict confidentiality controls over health-related data. We do not sell, rent, or trade Consumer Health Data to third-party data brokers or advertisers. We share health-related information only under the following limited circumstances: • Fulfillment Partner (MPX Global Zimbabwe): Sharing consignee details, physical delivery addresses, and package item descriptions strictly necessary for air/sea freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. • Authorized Manufacturers & Vendors: Sharing warranty claims, serial numbers, or technical fault reports with device manufacturers or independent booth sellers solely to facilitate repair, replacement, or technical support. • Payment Gateways: Transmitting transaction totals and order identifiers to secure payment processors (Pesepay, EcoCash, bank networks) to authenticate purchases. • Legal & Regulatory Obligations: Disclosing information when required by law, court order, or formal regulatory investigations under South African or Zimbabwean health and data protection statutes.
